Today it feels warmer out where I am and it got me thinking about spring.

What NWR thing are you looking forward to the most this spring?

No more winter jackets... and boots... and gloves and hats!! Same for Carter! It makes the morning routine so much slower during the winter. Oh and scraping my windshield... cant wait until I dont have to do that on the nights I dont put my car in the garage.

I also cant wait to play outside. Carter needs room to run, as does Sugar. We love to go for walks and I cant wait to get back out there!

OOOO flip flops for sure!! I get mine out as soon as possible and I dont put them away until there is snow on teh ground! I LOVE ME SOME FLIP FLOPS!! :)

Running outside and more daylight in the evening. And more sunlight means my FI is less crabby, he has the worst seasonal effected disorder.

Well we live on the lake, so I'm looking forward to warmer weather so we can be ok the lake and lay on the dock. I'm excited for sundresses (my favorite thing ever), flip flops, and tank tops. I'm just a much happier person when it's warm outside. Also... we will be THAT MUCH CLOSER to our BIG days!!! AHH! So that means showers and bachelorette parties to look forward to!

Good point!! I cant wait for the showers and bach parties and everything to begin for everyone! The boards are going to be SOOO active with updates and pictures and everything!!

Uh yeah... I get mad too. Especially when its that weird kind that scraping it just makes it white and worse. So annoying!! Fi is really good about coming over in teh morning and starting my car. He is a sweetheart :)

As much as I do like my sundresses and flip flops, I have to say just being outside. FI and I play sand volleyball and softball starting in the spring. I like being outside with good friends and friendly competition.

We LOVE sand volleyball! We play in a few tournaments over the summer.

warmer weather!! oh, man, I cannot WAIT for it!! I am so excited to get to ride my bike again, I miss it!! and longer days, too. FI and I love to go on bike rides in the evening and ride till the sun goes down. Also, if I didn't live in WA, warm summer nights are my absolute FAVE. I love being able to sit outside after it gets dark in nothing but a tank top and some shorts and be perfectly comfortable. Unfortunately, that doesn't really happen around here

It just never gets hot enough for long enough for me to ever really feel like we get to have an actual summer. lame!

That's so sweet! I usually end up scrapping Fi's car off if we are at the same place, because I leave before him :)

-longer days

-warm weather I HATE THE COLD I am always cold (even in the summer) so I really dislike the coldness. Although, I really can't complain this year. New England weather has be crazy warm and with no snow. Except tonight into tomorrow we will be getting a storm. I can handle any winter like this.

-Being outside, taking walks and such.

-Kids baseball starting up. I'm not coaching this year (too much going on with the wedding) so I get to just be a spectator.

Warmer weather and it being closer to the wedding! The weather won't change what I wear to work, but it'll be nice not having to wear my coat. And, as much as I love curling, it's starting to wear on FI and I want it to be over so that he feels better.

Ohhh I could go on forever about this!!!! I'm not a fan of winter. I'm most looking forward to:

* flip flops
* hopefully getting interviews for a job
* cooking dinner on the grill and eating outside
* seeing my neighbors....everyone hibernates in the winter but is out allllll day when it's warm.
* wedding events (obv)
* starting work at the bar...my fun, easy money job
* "drive in" movies that my next door neighbor projects onto his house
* being able to sleep in once school is done
* HAVING MOTIVATION TO DO THINGS!

Weddings!! We have two family weddings, one in April and the other in May and it's going to be so much fun!

I'm also looking forward to my wedding parties as well as getting to take the boat out. I'll have to be careful about tan lines though!
