house update!

We bought a house!  The paperwork has been signed and the "Sold" sign is up!
We are just waiting for the lawyer to do his thing (searches and stuff) and we close on Sept 28.

    ash: yes, he was being really indesicive because his parents were stressing him out.  we realized that the exterior of the hosue needs to be repalaced in the next couple years but my dad has offered to pay for a good portion (which is a huge deal!)
     
    Here is the outside! 



    and this is the living room, which we looove! it has vaulted wood ceilings!
