  I've heard Fireman's Fund thrown around before....
  
  they even cover change of heart, but I don't wish that upon anyone

  My reception venue required that we purchased insurance.  We used Wedsafe (http://www.wedsafe.com/). I think it cost us around $150.00 for 24 hours of coverage.  It was the cheapest we found.

  I second the Wedsafe. My venue requires insurance as well, and Wedsafe was who they recommended.
