DIY placecard template needed

I am looking for a  template for the writing on my place cards. I am making my own. They are tent fold, black cardstock with white cardstock on front with a silver ribbon and a snowflake.

    ive been collecting random templates over the past couple months-shoot me an email and ill send them all to you. emilyacosta@aol.com
    i have some program templates and menu ones too if you want them.
