Wedding timeline

K I know this has been posted before but I couldn't find it. What sort of timeline did you have for your wedding? Lori suggested 
4:30 - guests arrive  
5:00- Ceremony  
5:30 - cocktails and appetizers  
7:00 - dinner served  
7:11 - sunset  
we have luau entertainment planned during dinner so it needs to be late afternoonish. Does anyone have any words of wisdom for a ceremony at this time? just wasn't sure if this sounded super late or weird to anyone. Thanks for any advice you ladies might have!

    That looks similar to my timeline...we had a 5:00 ceremony, cocktails from 5:30-6:30, start the reception at 6:30, and dinner at 7:00.  The only difference is that sunset for me was a little after 6, but I had an indoor reception.  Were you planning to take sunset pictures or anything?

    For our sunset pics - they need to start taking them about a ½ hour before sunset... if that helps at all.

    find out the time for sunset on your wedding day. you can look it up on google, and work backwards from there. hope that helps!
