Man of Honor- What to Carry?

I am having an outdoor ceremony. I have three bridesmaids each carrying a white lace fan, and I am carrying a white lace parasol. I have a male honor attendant. What should he carry, if anything?

I I think it's okay if he doesn't carry anything. Maybe he can have a white lace pocket square to tie him in with your side. My brother stood on my side, and he didn't carry anything.

yes, like the groomsmen, your man of honor shouldn't be carrying something. just let him walk down the aisle as is.

To sort of tag my own similar question on here,

My "maid of honor" is a guy. Should he hold my bouqet and fix my dress during the ceremony? Or is that weird too?
