XP:NWR What would you wear with this?

I ordered this dress online for Easter. When it came in, it is much shorter than I expected (If I raise my hands over my head, you can see what I have on underneath). I was thinking leggings maybe? But I'm stuck on what color would look good. Thoughts?

I would probably wear like a steely gray color leggings, but I'm partial to that color, and I have leggings in that color so... whatever you normally wear with blue?
