Its getting close now!!
What do you all have left to do?

We have our inviations out (wedding is April 2) and people are starting to book, so exciting.
I think I have everything booked and planned.  All the music is decided.  Decorations are ordred.  Dress is in being altered.  Just waiting until its time to pack.


Love to hear where you are all at, so we can help each as to not forget any details.

    We're still trying to nail down our officiant, which has me REALLY nervous, because we're getting close to the point where the paperwork might not go through in time.  I still have invitations to finish, flowers to finish, and we have to settle on where we're getting food for the meet-n-greet, rehearsal lunch, and where we're going for the morning after brunch...

    Excuse me, I have to go lie down now.

    Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

    Our invites arrived this week (yay!).  We are printing up the envelopes this weekend, and I will mail them out next week.  Our wedding is April 16th.

    I have a lot of things to do!  I need to decide on a cake, reception centerpieces, bouquets.  I also need to decide if we are going to do a photobooth. 

    We already have feeback of people booking, which is nice. 
    BFP: 1/11/11, Large Cystic Hygroma & heart defect, Lost baby on 3/30/11 at 16w 4d.

    Hi April Brides!! It's getting so close I think I'm about to have a panic attack...

    Things we have to do:
    Meet and greet place has to be finalized so we can finish the invitations, assmble them and send them out.

    Transportation for the wedding party/parents/grandparents to and from the hotel to Caesars.  i just can't bring myself to to spend $300.

    I have to finish the guest book. 

    Print off maps and brochures for the OOT bags.  Buy some other gifts for the bags.

    Music for the ceremony/reception has to be decided on and put together.

    We have to buy the groom/grooms men shirts/ties.  

    My mom and Grandma want me to help them find their dresses.

    Start my dress alterations find the rest of my look.

    Oh my I need to stop typing this is scaring me...

    We still need to figure out the guestbook as well.  Homemade photobooth or be lazy and do something more traditional.
    The rest of the stuff, like food for the meet and greet and floral arrangements for the suites I am just going to do in Vegas.  Yay for Costco and Sams Club.

    We finally got a commitment out of a friend to officiate last night.  YAY!  Now the biggest obstacle is brunch.  I need to start calling the hotels and figuring out where we're going.

    Our wedding is April 1st and we are expecting approx 35 people!
    I think we're finally done with major things and down to a few fun things!
    Invites are out - about 1/2 of our response cards are back already
    Dress is going in Wednesday for alterations
    Cocktail reception and Dinner are finalized
    Photo Tour is booked
    Flowers and decorations are ordered through the hotel
    Cake is ordered

    Need to finish centerpieces
    Need to mail our favors (luggage tags) along with maps to our guests the first week of March!

    It will be here before we all know it!!

    April 30 is our day.  WOW I can't believe it's getting so close!!

    Guestframe done (found a really cute frame for guest to sign on davids bridal for a great price)
    food booked
    Dress done (fitting not til march 6)
    shoes / veil  done
    fight booked
    makeup booked

    WIP
    Invites
    Tux
    cake
    decor for suite
    favors
    Music
    Drinks
    and a few other odds and ends

    I love hearing about all of your upcoming weddings. 
    Don't forget to post picture's of dress fittings.  Can't wait to see. 

    I don't have many people to share in my excitement, so thank you ladies for allowing me to share with you.
