  Not a florist, but you can get an idea of per stem cost from sites like fiftyflowers.com and theflowerexchange.com.  Of couse this price doesn't include the cost of floral design if you want a florist to assemble your flowers.
  
  The cost of these flowers will also vary depending on whether or not they are in season at the time of your wedding.
  
  Peonies from fiftyflowers.com are $399-$639 for 100 stems depending on the variety and time of year.  That's a per stem price of $3.99 to $6.39.

  I would contact florists in your area.  Vendors are not allowed to post on the knot, so you want get any of their responses on here.

  i think realsimple.com had estimated per stem costs.
  
  on your list, the spider mums and ranunculi (ranunculuses?) are the less expensive choices.

  Price per stem will vary by the area, and by florists within that area also.  There is no way to tell without checking each source and comparing.

  I bought some white spider mums from Publix. It's been 4 weeks and they are still bright white and standing straight up!  They were 3 bunches for $10! A great deal and a great flower!
