Caesars Flowers

Good Afternoon All!
We are planning our wedding at Caesars for June of 2014 - I am toying with the idea of having paper flower bouquets instead of real flowers. Does anyone know if they will make us pay the outside vendor fee for going this route???

They most likely will, my contract with flamingo sys that even if we brought in fake flowers, we would have to pay an additional $150 as an outside vendor fee. your package will most likely come with flowers, just pay the upgrade prices if you need more. You will most likely end up spending the same in the upgrade if you bought the material to DIY your own. I hate spenidng a ton of money on flowers, but it is what it is. I wanted to freeze dry my bouquet but its crazy expensive, so I am going to recreate it with real touch flowers and put it in a shadow box.

I  saw this company at a bridal show and they told me they will send the shipping material to your hotel and you can send the bouquet off to them within a day or two of your wedding. They will frame it and add add the extras in for you (invitations, tiaras, etc) and ship it back to your house once it is finished. However, it will end up costing around $700 for one of the nicer ones. Just to freeze dry ONE flower was like $150-$300!!

sorry my text is so big lol!!! It seems like this is the most popular company, there is one that is local to me, but around the same price. the freeze dry process is crazy expensive for some reason. There are ways to dry your own flowers but they wont look nearly as nice as the freeze dried versions

Thanks for this info.I hadn't heard of this until I read your post, thought it sounded like a great idea but think I'll pass! Maybe if it had been $100 max! I live in the UK too seems like a lot of hassle to get home. I could always get a flower press for around $15 and keep a few petals as a keep sake.
  • I am a Caesars bride and my wedding coordinator said I can bring in silk flowers for the bridesmaids and it won't be an extra charge. I would definitely talk to your wedding coordinator, I don't see why paper flower bouquets would be any different than silk. I also love your idea for the paper flowers!!

  • I am getting married at Caesars in October 2013 and asked my coordinator (Lindsey) about fake flowers and she said there would not be an outside vendor fee for fake flowers.  Paper ones are fake, so I'd assume not, but like others have said, definitely ask about those specifically!
