Hotels near Ballroom at the Ben

Hey everyone!
Just wondering what hotels are nearby the Ben. I want to call a few to get pricing so I can block off some rooms, but Im not exactly sure which ones are close. TIA!

    Most of the hotels in that general area are pretty pricey.  I'd look into one of the 2 Holiday Inns in the area.  The Holiday Inn Historic District is nice and has better rates than other area hotels.  The Doubletree on Broad St.  is nice too.

    If price isn't a concern, there's the Omni and  Independance Park Hotel as well as Lowes.

    There are TONS of hotels in that area so I would just google it b/c there's so many.

    I think this is a question for google.
    There are just so many.
    Once youve narrowed it down come back and ask if anyone has worked/stayed at the ones you are looking at!

    I'm having my reception at the Ben and we're using Courtyard by Marriott on Juniper Street across from city hall.  We got a great rate of $112/night so you can probably negotiate with them too but it might depend upon the time of year.  I'm getting married on a Sunday at the end of this month.  It's only about 5 blocks from the Ben.  It's a beautiful old hotel!
