In Response to Re: Is there an evening thread? : Well he ditched her on the wedding night, but from what I've heard they're still together. I can't respect a man that takes that kind of shiiit from someone.  I<strong>know it's all showmanship, but these dudes totally come across as pusssies.

Some of the stuff she said just seemed way too far. They all act crazy, but she had extra rude comments and attitude. I always wonder how they really act and how much is editing.

  • Back in a few. My youngest is calling from her dads. She's spending the summer with him.  I miss her so much!
  • Thanks poke.  We were looking at getting everything there.  A twin size mattress really isnt working for us anymore

    That's not what I heard.
  • Hey there. I think I'm caught up on the topics in here.

Dinner: Grilled cheese and a massive cupcake

I spent the day watching reruns of HIMYM

I'm waiting for H to get home from work, then I think we might venture out into the world. I've spent almost the last week at home. It's time to be with people.

I never knew there was a triplet Parent Trap-esque movie. I'm going to have to find it now.
  • We need at least a queen size bed.  Mainly because I move all over the place when I sleep and I have night terrors so I sometimes hit and kick things.

  • Aww Father of the Bride is starting.  It's one of my all time favorites!

  • I forgot Ikea. I've been once, to the one in Dallas on the way home from our honeymoon. It was awesome. We bought this:
In Response to Re: Is there an evening thread? : Why can't you trade his for yours? Or is it getting it there that's the problem?
    Posted by edielaura
<div>Well, part of it is getting it there. The other part is having a big enough bedroom for a queen bed. It would take up the entire room, haha. </div>
  • haha our queen size bed will take up the entire bedroom unless we switch rooms with my brother.  Which I do not want to do since he smokes in there and I do not know what else.  And our room in comfy since we installed an AC unit

One of the triplets played Tori on Saved By The Bell. I thought they were so cool. I was 5 or 6 when I started watching those.

Actually she plays the twins from the original Parent Trap, all grown up.  PTII focuses on Sharon, PTIII focuses on Susan.  They are worth watching for anyone who enjoyed the original!

Yes, I'm a Hayley Mills groupie.  And I ran into her at Penn Station a few years back, LOL.

  • Okay, apparently I need to make a grocery store run. Again. Be back later!
  • DD is having a blast with her dad, so that's a comfort.  I still miss the heck out of her, though.

They went on a road trip to NOLA, believe it or not. She had begniets and cafe au lait today. I'm quite envious.

  • Hey there! Got home from cocktails after work a little bit ago. I'm slightly KUI. Which is totally fine with me. I'm so glad to have the next two days off.

  • Amorg, are you on your phone? My phone autocorrects fiance to finance and it drove me nuts.

I'm going to go watch a movie and be lazy. Have a great night, guys!
Amorg, I had an Ikea bed when I lived with an ex, and it was great.  By the way, it's fiance, not finance.  ;) I am so tired.  I guess being out in the sun did me in.

</div><div>Of course, a good freeze shuts pretty much everything down over here. When it snows...fuggetaboutit.  All of the assinine drivers seem to come out when the roads freeze.

  • Wow I guess I am not even paying attention to my spelling tonight.  Thank you for pointing that out Eagles.  And thanks for the advice about Ikea.

  • Hey Petal! It's just busy as usual. The hotel was swamped this week with 4 family reunions and a class reunion. I love them, but I'm glad they'll all be leaving tomorrow.

  • Eagles! Why aren't you in my life more?

  • That's cool, Edie!

I'm considering learning sign language to go along with my nursing. Any advice as to schools, etc?
