Confessions

I had Cheez-its and wine for dinner. My new house is still so disorganized it makes me almost hyperventilate if I try to sit still in it. I'm probably going to wreck my car within 6 months of my move because I hate fucking idiots in traffic so much, and I can see myself running someone thefuck over when I get cut off AGAIN one day.

Re: Confessions

  • Cheezits and wine just make an amazing combo. Not sure why but they do.
I had a box of mac n' cheese for dinner.

I need to clean the house (again!) but I dont want to because I spent 2 hours cleaning up my jeep.
  • I went shopping today for new clothes for work. I redid our budget in light of me not having personal training sessions anymore and theres still quite a lot of money left over. I SHOULD put it on debt, but I think I might just go shopping again tomorrow. I know how irresponsible that is, but I never get to buy nice things.
  • I realize I have to be tipsy to tolerate being on the internet here. Once the piles of goodwill shiit and shiit that belongs elsewhere in this house become blurry, they are less offensive. :)
  • I have been finding ways to fit BOOYAH into sentences. Its kind of fun.

Because cheese and wine are a good combo, and cheez-its are just like crunchy cheese?

I had a box of mac n cheese for dinner last night. I like the Kraft 3 Cheese kind with the little shells. Mmmm!

I like knotting at home.  I can see all your pretty signatures!

Truer words have never been spoken!

I did NOT say BOOYAH to my boss, I felt so incredibly awkward about it, more than I can say. I got a text from him a while ago saying nice things, I think he felt bad about how he reacted and wanted to say something after the fact.
  • Nebb, that's good.  At least he realized he was a dink.

  • I confess that I am glad Bec is around more because I missed her posting.

I also confess that the new show Nikita is eerily similar to Alias so I am refusing to watch it.

Oh, and I need to leave for work, like right now, but I am sitting in my towel watching Jersey Shore.  I really want to see Sam and J-Wow go at it.

  • hah blue, I like to see just how long I can put off getting ready before leaving for work. Sitting around in a towel is my fave.
  • Confession: I actually don't have cable and I don't watch television.
  • I confess that I ate pizza tonight and drank beer.  Ugh my poor diet.

I wrote emails through class today and basically didn't pay attention to one word in Civil Procedures.

I have a shiit load of homework but I refuse to do it right now.

I have FI home for one night and our house really needs to be cleaned.  Instead I'm going to take a nap.

  • My diet has been nonexistant this summer. Ive gone out to our pub atleast once or twice a week this ENTIRE summer and drank way too much. Ive gained 5lbs :(
  • Where can I read about you quitting, Nebb? I need details! It doesn't sound like it went well for your boss. LOL

Another confession: I kicked ass in my interview today, but I'm not sure I want the job. And I can't tell anyone that because I have enormous guilt about not wanting just any job.
  • MilkDuds, do you have a picture you want to add?  I can help you!

Down below in the nebb thread. It was so painful, I was almost shaking I was so nervous before doing it. My boss just seemed to not believe me at first, then tried to talk me out of it and offer me more to stay, and then guilt tripped me for 30 minutes. I got a call from the sales guy after he quit and apparently my boss almost broke down crying 3 times. I feel bad for the guy but I just couldnt stay.

I think it makes a lot of sense not to want just ANY job, yes the economy is bad blablabla but you have to be happy.
  • I have 2 more.

I confess that as much as I love FBIL, the fact that he invited himself to stay with us for the next SEVEN WEEKS kind of annoys me.  We are getting married in 10 weeks, I dont need to be running around picking up after a 30 year old.  He has been here 3 days and is already making a mess.

Also, FI's cousin just sent us a thank you for her wedding.  Her wedding was last September.  She laughed about it last week at a BBQ and said she really pushed that "You have a year rule".  It took all I had not to be like, um, you do NOT have a year to send a thank you, I have a year to send the gift.  I judge that.

  • I had my first knot dream last night! Missy and I were hanging out with Kendra from The Girls Next Door at some swanky club in Vegas. I have no idea what we were doing there, but it was a good time!

I am getting a terrible cold, so I'm going to kill the germs with alcohol tonight. Not really a medically sound plan. I confess that we are calling our drunken shenanigans "English Club" and this is our pre-planning meeting.

I confess that when I cast my show last night, I put a few kids in who weren't the best singers but looked like they need to build some self confidence.

  • I cleaned our bathroom today with the most thorough cleaning I have ever given it, and it made me really happy.

I'm actually looking forward to showering in a super-clean shower tonight.
  • I love how a freshly cleaned shower looks. Its so shiny!!
  • I agree, Nebb. This shiz is legit.
  • I SHOULD clean my bathroom this weekend, and vacuum...but I dont wanna. Dont make me!!!
  • MilkDuds, YGPM!

The H is off making money at a side job tomorrow, which means I really should clean up around the house.  I have drift of drywall compound that's been sanded off forming in my dining room.  Not that it's a functioning dining room, but still.

  • Random Confession:

I find Beethoven's 7th Symphony, Movement 2 to be an incredibly moving piece of music.

Every time I watch Mr. Holland's Opus, (like right now) I think that to myself and I usually end up listening to the whole thing later that day.
  • That would be fun though Duds.  We used Weezer, My Best Friend.  corny, yes, but it's Weezer.
