I realize I never officially introduced myself on this board, so I'll do that now. I have the proposal story in my bio, but we started dating December of 2007 and engaged in May 2010. We met at a mall (of all places) in Atlanta...it started out long-distance - he lived in FL and I in GA. I moved to FL briefly to be with him, but FL wasn't for me and I really missed my family, so we knew we would eventually relocate back to Atl. I graduated with my MPH in May 2010 and thankfully I got a job in Atl, so I moved back to Atl in October of last year. FI still lives in FL, but will be relocating to join me here as soon as he finds a job (hopefully REALLY SOON). So here we are now, planning a wedding for Oct 22. I still have a lot to get done, but taking it one day at a time :)

I would say the physical distance, not seeing him as often as I would like. We communicate all the time of course, but it's not the same, especially with planning this wedding. I can't wait for him to join me!

Right now, there are 8 BM, 8 GM, 2 FG and 2 PB. I'm thinking of reducing the BM to 6, but FI wants to keep his 8 GM and I want an even number on both sides, so we'll see.

</div><div>Right now, its between up-lighting and chiavari chairs. My venue provides chair covers, but I loooove chiavari chairs (cheapest rental I've found so far is $5.95/chair). I wish I could get both, but one of those items has to give :(</div>

<div>I graduated from MCG - Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. I'm so jealous of your FI - I always wanted to work at the CDC and Emory is a really great school. Right now, I work as an implementation analyst/consultant implementing doc-imaging software in hospitals. Good luck to him <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-smile.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div>
