I know this isn't etiquette related, but I know this board is busy. My reception is this weekend in RI on the waterfront. Clearly in light of the storm, we are waiting to here if that is possible. I have never been more happy that my dad made them put a clause in the contract about what happens if there is an act of God/nature that will affect the date. We were thinking more of an early snow storm, but who can predict. According to my contract, we can cancel and get all our money back or postpone to another date. Seriously hoping that neither will be necessary, but it is nice to know we aren't out all that money.
So grateful my dad thought ahead!
