How was everyones weekend?

Did you get anything accomplished that you said you would?

I was in VEGAS this weekend celebrating my little brothers high school graduation...WOO HOO!!!

I need to get back into planning...IM READY!!!

I need to set up more appointments to see venues.

And the madness continues...

    This weekend I worked and worked some more at my part-time job.

    WR: Got e-mail from potential caterer with a proposed menu have to share with FI so he can let me know his thoughts.

    NWR: Spent some QT time with the FI.

    This weekend:
    WR - Nothing :(
    NWR (sort of) - I went to my friend's wedding reception. They had a DW, and her mom threw a reception for her. It was supposed to start at 6 but it did not start until 9. But is was nice, she is Nigerian and all the women were dressed so beautiful. The dresses were so colorful and the prints were amazing. I had a good time, besides waiting three hours.

    This weekend WR:
    Booked the Venue!!! YAY!!
    Booked the Rehearsal Dinner spot!!! YAY!! (It is the same spot!)
    Received the invoice for the Wedding cake, Grooms cake and the rehearsal Dinner cupcakes!
    Got more addresses for the main list! Hopefully I will send out the Save-The-Dates by Friday!

    This weekend NWR:
    Celebrated our Pre-Anniversary with Japanese and Karaoke with His Family.
    Visit his Grandmother
    Went to the Movies
    Watch the BET Award!!!

    Weekend was nice. Wish I got more sleep. Still recovering from the 6-hour time difference since I got back from my vacation.

    WR: We registered at one place. Ummm...not as fun as folks say. Since we both own our own places, most of the time was spent asking each other if we had an item already before tagging the item. I got bored after an hour and wanted to leave.

    Also organized my wedding binder.

    NWR: Organized my recipes binder. Figured I need to put it all in an organized fashion since I'll be doing most of the cooking.
    Other than that, just did regular weekend stuff.

    WR: 
    - cancelled our e-pics again!!  It was pouring rain in Cincinnati on Sunday.  So we are now rescheduled for Tuesday night - ladies PLEASE PRAY that it doesn't rain us out again!!!!
    - sent in deposit for caterer for our reception and day-after brunch
    - bought a necklace for the e-pics
    - got my hair done for e-pics (THANK YOU to ufsweetie for hooking me up with new stylist recommendations!)
    - went to meet Shaq, PB Bride and Ufsweetie in Columbus for our Ohio GTG!  Those ladies are so funny, intelligent and beautiful!  Had a great time and FI loved meeting everyone!!!!
    - set up appt to meet with videographer
    - 

    NWR:
    - BET Awards (loved El DeBarge, wasn't so impressed with Chris Brown's crying but he did imitate MJ perfectly!)
    - worked out
    - church
    - applied to volunteer at church

    <div>Thanks girl!!!  You know, it's all in the plan I guess b/c I am happy that I was able to fix my hair and that tomorrow night it will be much cooler and less humid.  Thank goodness b/c this humidity is killing me!!  We ended up leaving Columbus at 11pm....it was such a stressful ride home, that storm was crazy!  Thanks again for setting everything up - it was really fun and I'm so glad we met!  Make sure to let me know about the Macy's Music Fest!</div>
