Anyone else having trouble getting a hold of Flying Buttercream?

I have heard so many great reviews about Flying Buttercream Cakes and Pastries that I was really excited to get in contact with them for a cake tasting or even just to see if they have my wedding date available. I have left three messages for Tiffany since last week by phone and e-mail and have not heard back yet. Is this normal since she is so busy? I'm getting anxious and wandering if I should just start looking elsewhere, but I REALLY want her to do my cake. Thanks for any input!

    It took me a few days for her to respond to my email as well.  We ended up meeting with her, and booking her on the spot!  She did say that email is the best way to reach her.

    Thanks so much for your response. She did e-mail me this morning so I was very relieved! I guess I'm just too excited and anxious. I need to be more patient! Thanks again!

    What flavors are you planning on trying?  We tried the white cake, with the raspberry filling, and the chocolate cake with the peanut butter filling.  We LOVED them, and are going to alternate layers of each flavor.  You really can't beat her price, either!

    i also booked her on the spot! Apparently, she has two little ones at home so she told me that getting to her by email is usually the best way to get a hold of her. Screaming kids in the background sometimes make it hard for her to answer the phone.

    Yep, I got the screaming kids once when I called her. <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-sealed.gif" border="0" alt="Sealed" title="Sealed" /> She is super sweet though and her cake is fabulous! We're using her for our wedding next month and both FI and I are really excited. We're doing a layer of chocolate with peanut butter chip filling, a layer of white with strawberry and a layer of lemon with raspberry. Yum!

    Thanks a lot girls! Like I said, she did contact me by e-mail today and I was so thankful and excited to hear from her. I figured it may be because she is obviously very busy judging by all of the positive responses on here, but then I started thinking she is so busy that my date was probably booked already too. But...it's available. Hallelujah!

    I hadn't really thought about which flavors, but my fiance LOVES peanut butter so that is definitely going to be on the agenda. And the raspberry has always been a favorite of mine. Thanks a lot for the recommendations. I appreciate it!

    Is the peanut butter chip different from the peanut butter. I'm assuming one has chips in it, but does she offer both. I think I will go to her site and check out all of the flavors. She is VERY reasonable! Thanks ladies!

    The peanut butter chip isn't on her website anymore and is different from the peanut butter, but its like a chocolate filling with peanut butter chips melted/mixed into it. It is yummmmmm!
