confused by abbreviations!

Hi there,

you will forgive me, English isn't my first language and I'm having a hard time understanding some of the abbreviations used here. Like, PP and FI...

    FI=Fiance

    For a more comprehensive list, use the FAQ drop down.  Scroll down the list and you'll find a link to "frequently used Knottie Lingo".  You'll find a lot of the abbreviations there.  =)

    I've read the FAQ but "s/o" isn't on there. I thought it meant sig other but it seems in some cases it isn't. hmm??

    sometimes it also means sound off.

    Ive used two computers at this point and neither one will let me stay connected to "My Knot" I can look at everything but that page...it keeps saying connection timed out or not connecting!!! Its driving me nuts!!!

    yeah, but when you are with other brides.....you have to specify i guess!

    i think it is usually used when people want to post things about their wedding but not asking for suggestions or advice, just want people to look at their pics or whatevs.
