Photojournalistic style photographers

Hi NEPA ladies!

I haven't spent too much time on this board, but I need your help! I'm getting married in Wilkes-Barre at the end of July and NEED to book a photographer ASAP. FI and I really love the photojournalistic style especially since he's somewhat camera shy and doesn't like the really "posey" stuff.

Anyway, we've been looking around for months and can't seem to make a decision. Some that we're looking at are:

Shane East

Aly Martin

Two Sticks Photography

Open Vision Photography

Has anyone used any of these people? If so what did you think? Any other photographers who use the photojournalistic style who were really great?

I don`t know any of the ones you are asking but my photographer is GREAT!!!! We don`t like pose pictures either and we checked Many photographers and we could find one we really like.

We're using Aaron Mitchell which is a husband and wife team who are great to work with. They are more photojournalistic but will do the staged photos that many parents ask for. They'll even climb trees or stand in the ocean to get the right shot!

I used Shane East as he was recommended from our vendor. However, I do not recommend him for the photojournalistic style. PM me if you would like specifics. He's a terrific guy, and his wife was nice, too, and we love having the DVD's of our pics, but I am hugely disappointed. We dreamed of using Jeff Dietz, but he was too pricey for us.

sweet exposures....they are amazing at $1000 to 1750.
I can't begin to tell you how easy they are to work with and how gorgeous their pics are. 2 freinds of mine used them and I was AMAZED at their prices and pics!
