  I got married at Verandas in Manhattan Beach....we had a full dinner reception, but they might do just cocktails/apps.  worth a call...

  I got married at The Victorian in Santa Monica. Although we had a full sit down dinner, I have heard that they do cocktails/apps. Also -- a girlfriend of mine is getting married this year at The Luxe on Sunset and that's what she's doing.

  Jesse is an amazing chef and is open to doing most anything. The appetizers at our wedding were so delicious, so I think this would be a great idea.
