Ceremony Program Wording with Unity Sand

We are having a unity sand ceremony instead of unity candle.

Does anyone have sample wording that they used in place of "lighting of the unity candle"?

I thought maybe "pouring of the unity sand", but not sure if I like that or not.

What did you use if you had a unity sand ceremony?

    I just put sand ceremony in our program, although i didn't have room for a lot of words because of the layout of my programs.
