A co-worker of mine is having a birthday this week. Her boss has been planning for a 40th birthday - bought signs to hang on her door, "happy 40th" card has been passed around the office, etc. But the boss just found out that co-worker will actually only be 39. Bahahahahahahaha!
And this is not someone who will be able to laugh it off when she hears "Happy 40th!" in the halls all day. She will be mad.
I feel bad for her boss because the boss tries so hard and her employees rarely appreciate the enthusiasm.
I just a friendly gal looking for options.
