Good Morning. Half way to the weekend!

B- 2 hard boiled eggs
S- 100 cal cottage cheese doubles
L- tomato soup and sandwich pocket, apple
S- granola bar
D- healthy choice meal

E- 20 minute jog and weights. I think I might was all 3 ambulances today to get a mini workout while at work.

    L: Lean Cuisine (at work, easy to do), yogurt

    D: Pasta with homemade marinara, cut up avocado

    E: Ran 3 miles this morning, lots and lots of walking with work today.

    B: Coffee with pumpkin pie creamer, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Lara Bar (so good!), banana
    L: Santa Fe Beans and Rice LC, multigrain tortilla chips, three-layer humus

    D: Crockpot chicken and stuffing, roasted broccoli and squash
    Water, water, water throughout the day

    I learned a good lesson this morning.  If you're going to add ground flax seeds to your overnight oats, do so in the morning.  I added them in last night and they made the oat meal realllly really gross and mushy.  Ew.

    B: overnight oats: chocolate/AB/banana style, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: Maui Black Bean Soup (from the CE cookbook), 2 slices of fancy "bird" bread (lots of seeds) and a homemade white bean spread (also from the CE cookbook)
    S: edamame and cashews
    D: Cashew Butter Chicken Stew

    E: rest day.  I finally got my butt to the gym last night.  I will, however, aim for a metabolic circuit.  Foam rolling and stretching as necessary.

    morning...well this cold looks like it's sticking around, I didn't end up excersizing yesterday because i came down with a low grade fever so i went to bed instead...skipped out on dinner last night on accident!   Here are some thoughts for today:

    B: 1 slice of whole wheat toast.  not sure if i want an egg for the protien or stay with the peanut butter...any suggestions?
    S: probably grapes
    L: grocery shopping with mom and dad sooo probably something light before we go
    S: 100 cal. pack if needed
    D: unsure!  going to a ducks game tonight...so probably something quick!

    E: TRY to walk today...i've just been SO low on energy...

    Ok so I said I was going to go to a spin class last night, but I ended up running 5 miles instead! Pretty exciting since I haven't gone that distance without stopping to walk for a long time.

    B - vanilla greek yogurt, pumpkin, Kashi GoLean cereal + coffee
    S - pretzels and hummus
    L - leftover whole wheat teriyaki noodles from last night, broccoli slaw w/ feta, peppers, and balasmic dressing
    S - honeycrisp apple + almond butter

    Morning all, well almost afternoon. So happy it's hump day finally.

    B - vanilla overnight oats w/ frozen mixed berries (regretting the berry choice, I forgot how much I hate the black/rasp-berry seeds...)
    S - banana
    L - turkey breast on sandwich thin w/ LC wedge, baby spinach, tomato and dijon mustard
    S - baby carrots w/ LC wedge
    D - baby spinach mix salad w/ grilled chicken, hardboiled egg and 1.5T red pepper parm dressing
    S - apple w/ nutella  and possibly cherry chocolate almond Luna protein bar

    E - 1.5-2 mile run depending on my knee (on treadmill so with a 2% incline) at lunch, 1 hr. Zuma after work (probably some time on the stationery bike before the class to warm up a bit)

    The one today I ordered out.. but I want to make my own.. and the web is very overwhelming with different recipes.. what are your favorite Chicken Noodle Soup??

    L: need to go grocery shopping so eating a salad from Chick-fil-A
    S: string cheese and fresh fruit cup
    D: lean cuisine (FI is going grocery shopping tomorrow, thank goodness!)

    E: P90X yoga--didn't have time to do it this a.m., so I'll have to work out when I get off work!

    L- light rasp. yogurt, half of chicken sandwhich, 3 small chunks of cheddar cheese and some cucumber slices (I think I hit all the food groups on that one!)
