  Hi,
  
  I have been searching for a skilled seamstress thats w/in 2 hours driving distance of the Pittsburgh area.  Anyone have any recommendations?  I have heard nothing but horror stories about the seamstress at the bridal shop I purchased from.

  The dress is too big on top so it's going to need taken in, hemmed, and a bustle added.
