    Check out Shelia from Couture Confections. She is amazing, reasonable with her pricing, and simply wonderful to work with. We wanted a vanilla rum cake and she created an awesome recipe for us. It was DELICIOUS!!!! We went with rum buttercream and rum cake with orange sugar flowers. She makes her own buttercream and fondant from scratch! She is located in Ft. Lauderdale.     We're using Edible Creations-Lily and Mike and we were very pleased at the tasting. We are going with marble and vanilla rum. Her fondant is made from marshmallows so it actually tastes good!

    I've also heard good things about Edda's Cakes-both places are in Pines

    Edda's is who will be doing our cake.  The cake is included in our package.  We haven't done a tasting yet, so hopefully it's tasty.
