My fiance and I are serving hors devours for our reception, I was wondering about how much food per person i would need. Also any ideas for yummy (fairly inexpensive) hours devours would be greatly appreciated

    Mini caprese salads...1 leaf basil, 1 cherry tomato, one cube or ball of mozzarella, on a toothpick marinated before hand in balsamic and olive oil...  very light and refereshing!
