  I'm just going to hijack this thread to let you all know that I made Trader Joe's southwest salmon for dinner last night, along with mashed sweet potatoes, and it was pretty much the best thing ever. Seriously, go and get the southwest salmon. Go get it now.

  </div><div>I got them from TJ's. We have puppy class on Mondays so I wanted something really quick and easy. We actually got both the mashed sweet potatoes (for me) and the regular mashed potatoes (for BF). Both are pretty good (though not as good as making them yourself), and it's nice because you just microwave as much as you need, and can save the rest.
