cheap caterer

I stubbled across a very cheap caterer today and thought I'd share. There prices range from $5-$12 per person and appeitizers starting @ $1 per person. I havent spoken to them yet but the menus look great!

    Wish they had some reviews.  I get so nervous about vendors.  There website is nice.  I sent for a quote :)

    It's so funny because I contacted them also! I'm waiting to hear back with a menu. I believe she said they are changing their name. Either way I'll do a tasting once a menu is picked.     I sent for a quote over 2 weeks ago and STILL havent heard anything. I spoke to her on the phone at the time. Ive emailed since then and havent heard back anything.  Looks like we arent off to a good start.

    I found a resonable caterer so I thought Id share. Im doing the create-your own-menu for $21 a person. I had my 1st phone consultation and Assata was super sweet !

    Greedy Palates taste testing was AMAZING ! First of all, Assata (owner/chef) is wonderful to work with. She's so personable and professional at the same time.
    She made EVERYTHING that will be on our menu. And she made enough food for Me, my mom, my moh and a friend and there was food still left over !!!!
    Here is my menu:
    Hors d'oeuvres:
    1. Bacon-wrapped Scallops/Tenderloin Beef Bites
    2. Stuffed Sweet Peppers stuffed with cream cheese & ricotta mixture (she made these vegetarian friendly for me)
    3. Stuffed Mushrooms stuffed with goat cheese and mushroom mixture (she made these vegetarian friendly for me)
    Salad: Green Bean Tomato Salad <--- this was my favorite !

    Entree': Rosemary, Sage and Lemon Roast Chicken Breast in Citrus Herb Gravy  <--- So moist !!!

    Sides:
    1. Buttery Brussels 
    2. Honey-Orange Glaze Carrots
    3. Whipped Garlic Mashed Potatoes 
    My review of her is A++
