This week is screwy for us. DH is the cook in our house and he is occupied by parent-teacher conferences Tues-Thurs nights. So I will be stalking this post for some ideas...

Tonight, we'll be having chicken something-or-other.

MH - I have been making flank steak tacos recently and have a great recipe if you're interested.  Its a nice marinade before you grill (we use the foreman).

Thanks.  Now that I think about it... I don't have stuff to make tacos/fajitas at home and I refuse to stop at the grocery store again.  I guess we'll be having mongolian beef in all its sugary goodness.  nom nom nommmmmm

    Amy,

The squash was really good.  My husband made his own pesto sauce instead of using store bought, which I think added to it, but it was fabulous and great way to get veggies into the meal!  I highly recommend it!
