Castle Otttis in St. Augustine?

Hi! My name is Sheila. This is my first post on this board...I am originally from Jacksonville, but I am currently living in Alabama for school.  My wedding will be in the Jax area.  I am wanting to do a princess/fairytale wedding because my FI calls me his princess. =) So I am really wanting to get married in a castle or something and I found one in St. Augustine called Castle Otttis.  I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it?  Or if anyone has any other princessy venue ideas I'd love to hear them, either in St. Augustine, Jacksonville, or Orange Park area.  I still have a while (we aren't getting married until next June) but I am just so excited that I can't stop reading wedding mags and planning.  TIA

There''s a place in north Jacksonville called Country Day Castle.  It looks like a castle, and will hold about 250 people I think.  You can Google it for more info.
    Good luck!

I am getting married there this weekend! If you having a small wedding (50 people or less) it's perfect.
  • We were also looking at scheduling our wedding at castle otttis in st augustine....we have been trying to locate information about the cost of renting this venue.  Would you mind sharing?
