Audubon Cottages has really nice cottage and courtyard combo that would be awesome

They are on Dauphine st. We stayed in one of the 2br/2ba cottages for my bachelorette party. The cottage had its own courtyard and its own gate and then a few cottages shared a pool area which was right outside your private courtyard.

You should look into The Benachi House, you can rent the house out and do a crawfish boil outside. I am using this for my rehearsal dinner in the spring.
