Happy Thursday, Ladies!!
Well, as many of you know- I go to Weight Watcher (WW) meetings every Saturday and will share some of the things I learned here in our "Wellness Support Group" every Thursday.
I know that others don't have weight loss (WL) goals.
(Tee hee- I kid, I kid. Besides- someday we will ALL be skinny b!tches)So I was thinking of maybe doing these "meetings" on Thursday and perhaps focusing on fitness/other wellness on another day or in another thread on the same day. What do you think?

I know Liv walked 5 (!!) miles a couple evenings ago and rdr ran an entire mile (she's doing the Couch to 5K program)!Who else deserves a bravo sticker?
