Stress Fracture Update

Just got back from the doctors.  I am cleared to go back to the GYM! Of course no lower body weights for a few weeks, just upperbody, abs, swimming etc!  I can put 50% of my weight on my leg the next 2 weeks and then I move to 100% and use a crutch as need be.  I am so happy and grateful that this LONG 3 month injury journey is coming to and end and I will be walking by Christmas and even dancing on New Years Eve!
