Where can I find this centerpiece?

Does anyone know what the acutal name for the stand and plate of this centerpiece is called? And where I would be able to find them? I found it when browsing for centerpieces online, but it did't have any information on it.

    I'm going out tomorrow to a few store to see what I can find. I'm iffy about ordering it online because I don't know how big it is. If I can't find the supplies I need for this, I do have a backup centerpiece idea.

    I was able to make my own replica of the pictue, but it didn't hit me. I am back to the drawing board. Ugh. I'm trying to centerpieces with out having to use flowers. Didn't think it would be this hard.

    I feel like I bought that same exact set at the NEX at a Naval base in Maine. But you can find somethings so similar at Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, anywhere like that.

    I'm estimating 10-12 people to a table. I went to the venue to take pictures so I could have something to reference to. I will post them when I get a chance. Another centerpiece idea that I loved is 3 different sized wine glasses turned upside down with a candle on top. But my FI thinks they will be too small. I might just end up doing flowers.
