What's your favorite thing about your job? people, lack of stress, tasks
Least favorite thing? distance from home
Do you have wedding photos or photos of you and your fiance at your desk? just brought in two last week. Only personal thing in my office space
Favorite brand of nail polish? tie between China glaze and OPI
Absolute must have on cosmetic otherwise you can't leave the house? nailpolish or mascara
Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately? 145 rolls of poop bags (2900 bags) for $50 on ebay a few weeks ago. Usually 8 rolls (120 bags) is $9 @ a pet store

What's your favorite thing about your job? I work with toys and do marketing, which I love. I also have half day Fridays and we get a lot of holiday time off through the year.
Least favorite thing? Mondays
Do you have wedding photos or photos of you and your fiance at your desk? yes - just one
Favorite brand of nail polish? Essie and OPI
Absolute must have on cosmetic otherwise you can't leave the house? Just one? My Stila lip/cheek stain - in the non-summer months, I look very washed out without it
Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately? Prob my wedding dress - b/c I bought a preowned one! I have been trying REALLY hard not to buy anything so I can save $$$. I did have a Sephora coupon for 15% off and bought $50-60 worth of make-up (my weakness is Sephora!).

What's your favorite thing about your job? I get to help people by using my Spanish, and translating documents when asked to- great experience.
Least favorite thing? Sometimes it is very slow, then all of a sudden I have 5 lines lit up, courier coming in, etc. all at once.
Do you have wedding photos or photos of you and your fiance at your desk? No, not comfortable putting personal stuff out since it's the front desk, plus my boss and coworker sit here as well.
Favorite brand of nail polish? Avon

Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately? We got DH some clothes at Kohl's yesterday and saved $106- that is without even having a Kohl's card! AND they gave us $30 in Kohl's cash (didn't think you were supposed to get that unless you had a card), so we will be going back for another pair of Dockers at the end of the week!

ETA: I think I'll change my least fav. thing to the fact that I have to deal with sometimes pissy callers, like the jerk I just had. I really need to keep my attitude in check more at work...

Least favorite thing? All the committees and paper work
Do you have wedding photos or photos of you and your fiance at your desk? I have a mousepad of our engagement on my computer desk and a picture of us on my desk.

Absolute must have on cosmetic otherwise you can't leave the house? I leave without anything most days, I wait until I get to work put on my lipstick.
Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately? I bought a dress a few weeks ago that retailed for $188 on sale for $99 clearanced for $45.

What's your favorite thing about your job? Vacation and paid holidays/holy days... in total 40 days
Least favorite thing? Lack of things to do
Do you have wedding photos or photos of you and your fiance at your desk? I have a photo of us from a wedding 3 years ago and an engagement photo. I need some art work though, the walls are empty!
Favorite brand of nail polish? I don't actully paint my nails that often! And if I do it is a really inexpensive bottle!
Absolute must have on cosmetic otherwise you can't leave the house? Hmm, this is hard. When I was younger I wouldn't leave the house without a full face on. Now that the acne is gone, I can deal with a powder(to control shininess) and eyeliner.
Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately?A really cute pair of wedges in a metalic bronz color with a cute buckle, they were $25, but originally $60

What's your favorite thing about your job? Lots! I love my job! I really like that I am able to work with a lot of regional universities and employers.
Least favorite thing? The commute, it sucks!
Do you have wedding photos or photos of you and your fiance at your desk? Yes! I have a picture of us from a few years ago. We both look so young! I should get some newer ones.
Favorite brand of nail polish? Whatevers on sale? Anything bright.

Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately? I got some great deals at White House Black Market a few weeks ago on two pairs of shorts and an adorable blouse!

What's your favorite thing about your job? Is it ok to say nothing?? I'm miserable here! lol
Least favorite thing? umm... it's hard to pick just one thing that I dislike... probably the fact that I really don't like what I'm doing That's why I'm going to school for something COMPLETELY different...
Do you have wedding photos or photos of you and your fiance at your desk? No photos at my desk at all... I try to keep as little of my personal stuff here as possible!
Favorite brand of nail polish? I dont think that I have one... I like french or clear nail polish and I really dont care what brand...
Absolute must have on cosmetic otherwise you can't leave the house? Mascara! My eyelashes are blonde so w/out it I think I look weird! lol
Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately? I'm not very good with deals and bargain shopping I'm an absolute impulse shopper which typically means I buy things before they go on sale then get mad a week later when I see them on sale! lol

What's your favorite thing about your job? I am spoiled, I love almost everything about my job- our org's mission, my daily activities, the professional development I've had here, my coworkers, opportunities to travel to cool places.
Least favorite thing? Hmmm. I guess the constant change- we are always rebranding or opening new offices and people are always coming and going. Like many nonprofits, there is lots of turnover.
Do you have wedding photos or photos of you and your fiance at your desk? There is one picture of us in a frame, from a vacation to coastal Maine a few years back.
Favorite brand of nail polish? OPI

What's your favorite thing about your job? my small office is very small with only 2 1/2 attorneys and me and i have a lot of flexibility and get paid well for doing non-work related stuff.
Least favorite thing? that with technology my work load has decreased to what it was 5 years ago - so often times, I am very bored.
Do you have wedding photos or photos of you and your fiance at your desk? a picture of us from Jamaica in 2006.
Favorite brand of nail polish? OPI "kennepunk port"
Absolute must have on cosmetic otherwise you can't leave the house? i leave the house all the time without make-up, but if I am going to work or out to meet with people, then definitely mascara and eyeliner.
Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately? three pairs of nine west shoes all for $15.00, a Polo cashimer sweater for $50.00 that was orginally $180. This was the last day kaufmann's was opened at SHV mall.

What's your favorite thing about your job? I like working in politics and knowing a little bit about everything, and it is still kind of cool when I have a meeting with a Representative/Senator or am in the Capitol Building.
Least favorite thing? The commute (we are in Old Town, Alexandria) and my a few of my coworkers.
Do you have wedding photos or photos of you and your fiance at your desk? I have a picture of us at my cousin's wedding and then I have the cards that FI has sent me over the years on Valentines' Day hung up.
Favorite brand of nail polish? OPI

Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately? Hmmm.. I haven't bought a lot, but I got FI ringer tees at Old Navy for $5 each, which seemed like a good deal to me!

I live in Woodley Park (in DC) but work in Old Town! So we have opposite commutes.

What's your favorite thing about your job? I love the athletes and that everyday its something a little different and I don't get bored and am not sitting at a desk all day.
Least favorite thing? The hours are so up and down and inconsistant, plus all the other things I have to deal with that aren't in my "job description" like broken walkie talkies, ant problems, floods, the gator running out of gas, etc.

Absolute must have on cosmetic otherwise you can't leave the house? I often go to work without any makeup on but when I do I always wear at least moisturizer with SPF, bronzer and chapstick (can you tell I work outside a lot??)
Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately? FI & I went shopping at Old Navy a little bit ago and bought 4 pairs of pants for him, 2 dresses and 2 button down sweaters for me for $100!

What's your favorite thing about your job? the short commute, interesting casework (I'm a scientist), gov't holidays and sometimes snow days (considering the winter we just had!)
Least favorite thing? workload

Favorite brand of nail polish? don't paint my nails often, but when I finally get a pedi the salon uses OPI

Best "deal" you've scored on merchandise lately? no recent merchandise purchases, but I saved lots of money w/my coupon on my sushi dinner with FI this weekend!
