    Yes, Flawless, at the store near me in Mays Landing, NJ.  It's a clearance item, so you will have to visit the store near you to see if they still have them in stock.

    Update:  the plain ones are now 49 CENTS EACH!

    Or, you can buy a six-pack of the beaded ones for $4.99, which comes to 83 CENTS per plate!
