I would think you can look at a fabric store. There should be a section of ribbon by the yard that would have something like that.

But it cost an arm and a leg! LOL!! That is why I change my cake design. I was not paying more for banding than for the cake! HTH!

Thank you Yas... I just need one band.I want one band on the center tier of my cake and then the other two will have snowflake cut outs on them. But yeah they are expensive... good thing I just want one!
