Bouquet Preservation

Has anyone looked into freeze drying your bouquet after the wedding? I'd like to research it, but I didn't know if any one already knows of places that perform the service. I'm in Southeastern, MA.

Thanks! :)

I know that Petals in Peabody does bouquet preservation - specifically freeze drying. They were highly recommended to me and I'm meeting with them in a few weeks when I'm in town for our wedding.

I preserved by bouquet and have pics in my bio (link in siggy, look under Flowers).  I used a mail away site and really liked the finished product.  I still get lots of compliments on it.

    Here's who I used:

I know there's also a place in Worcester that will do it.  Don't have any personal experience, but I've seen positive reviews here on the knot.

I've heard that freeze drying is lcare intense on the part of the bride.  The flowers have to be kept fresh and then delivered to the company doing the drying within 24 hours...a lot to think about when you are trying to enjoy your wedding.  Consider an oil painting....a modern alternative to traditional bouquet preservation.
