OMG!!!

We are closing on Monday!!

We were so worried that we'd not get the loan because of all the stuff they keep asking us to provide. The latest one was the results of the water test that was done 1.5 months ago! I was so mad last night when they asked for it at 5 PM last night and I was not able to get anyone to send the results until late this morning.

I can't believe this is happening!!! YAY!

Yay, I am really happy that all of this worked out for you! So what finally caused the underwriter to accept it? Were you able to provide the check copies for the CC payments?

Yes, I contacted the bank and they were able to fax them all of the copies of the checks. It did not end there though, they kept asking us for more stuff. Last night they also asked us to make changes on our home owner's policy. I was going crazy. I hope I can sleep tonight now!
