Happy Monday! How was everyone’s weekend? Get any good workouts in?
My hips and legs are SO sore, I think because I was sitting on the floor for six hours yesterday working on my holiday cards, haha. I did five miles this morning. Breakfast – fruit, bagel and muffin; Lunch – sandwiches and salad; Dinner – pork chops with plum sauce, baked potato and green beans.
