E-pics @ Civic Center - so bummed!

We were going to do our E-pics at the Scottsdale Civic Center this past Saturday and when we got there, it was set up for Artfest! Booths and people everywhere! I was so bummed out :(

Yes, we should have checked to see if anything was happening for the weekend, so it's totally our fault, but I was so upset and unhappy for the rest of the day. I had been looking forward to these pictures for weeks!!

So now we're doing them next Sunday - does anyone know or has heard if anything is happening at the Civic Center that would keep our pictures from going on another weekend??!! I would really be upset if this happened again!

    Sorry to hear that :( hopefully everything will be perfect this Sunday for you! I haven't heard about anything - but you could always check the civic center website!! Good luck this weekend!

    Oh my goodness, that's awful. I was supposed to take my e-pic there this past Saturday but luckily my photographer found out about the art fair and we rescheduled for Dec 5th.

    I looked at the Scottsdale calendar for you and the 26th is all clear at the Civic Center. I'm sure they will be beautiful! http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/Events

    mylittlepwnies - if the artfest wasn't there, we might have been there doing our pictures at the same time!! LOL.
