Let's hear about your music!

It thought it would be really helpful to see everyone's music choices. I'm trying to finalize all the music/song choices this week. Would you mind sharing your ideas for:

processional/recessional:
songs/hyms during the ceremony:
first dance:
father/daughter dance:
mother/son dance:
*any other music ideas

Thank you so much! Looking forward to seeing everyone's selections!

I'm not really helpful with songs during the ceremony. We're only having one song during the unity candle, and that's it. We're mostly having readings.

processional/recessional: Hornpipe, by Handel and La Rejuoissance by Handel
songs/hyms during the ceremony: Sunrise, Sunset (performed by my aunt and FI's father
first dance: a song written and recorded by my FI and me
father/daughter dance: Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle
mother/son dance: On This Day (recorded by FI and his dad)
bouquet toss: I Enjoy Being A Girl by Doris Day
garter toss: Fever, as performed by Michael Buble
anniversary dance: L-O-V-E by Nat King Cole

"For the Beauty of the Earth" while they're unrolling the aisle runner
"Canon in D" for the WP

    Thanks for all the ideas!!!!

Here's what I have so far:
*FI's aunts and uncles are playing the ceremony music. They play the cello, french horn, classical guitar, and violin.

processional: Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring
    recessional: not sure yet

songs/hyms during the ceremony: I would like to have a solist during the ceremony, but I haven't convinced FI. Plus, we're not doing a unity candle or anything else that would lend itself to having a song sung. I'd like "In Christ Alone" to be sung to signify that God is the head of our marriage. Either that or "More Than Enough."  We might incorporate some hyms to be sung by the guests.

first dance: "Love Never Fails" by Brandon Heath

father/daughter dance: "Never Alone" by Lady Antebellum

    mother/son dance: not sure yet!

Recessional - Love Story (Vitamin String Quartet)

Prelude/seating of parents/processional for BMs: our pianist is composing a compilation of our favorite hyms

    Processional for me:
the hymn "Of the Father's love begotten," more or less

    Songs/hyms during the ceremony:
"Christ be my leader," "Lord, when you came as welcome guest (about the wedding at Cana and marriage)," "Go, my children, with my blessing," and "We praise you and acknowledge you, O God."  All hyms. :)

    First dance:
I'm still not sold, but FI loves "If I Didn't Have You," by Randy Newman (from Monsters, Inc) It's a good tune to swing dance to.

    Father/daughter and mother/son dance:
I think the plan is for them to choose, but they might not want to.  Maybe "My Wish," by Rascal Flatts.

    Bouquet:
    "Single Ladies," by Beyonce. :)

    Garter:
    James Bond theme

    Cake
: Something contemporary and sweet, maybe "Lucky" by Jason Mraz and Colbie Callait

    Anniversary:
either something classy, Frank Sinatra-esque or "Fifteen Years," by Five for Fighting.

How fun!  And you all have great choices!

processional/recessional:  Processional:  Canon in D  Recessional:  'Grow Old With Me' by John Lennon
songs/hyms during the ceremony:  Not having any.  We're just having the vows, exchanging rings, and a short sermon.  That's it.
first dance:  'Little Wonders' by Rob Thomas.  From Meet The Robinsons - first date FI and I went on!
father/daughter dance:  'My Daughter's Wedding Day' by Authur Godfrey.  His voice is unusual, but my dad has a very eclectic sense of music.  It's totally us!
    mother/son dance:  To be decided
*any other music ideas  See my bio for our full list of music
