S - 100 cal goldfish (3), 5 skittles (1)
D - lite hot dog (2), bun (3), 1/8 C cheese (1), blueberries (0), 1/3 C scalloped potatoes (3)
S - ??

Total: 26    Target: 29

Exercise: workout 30 minutes at Youfit gym :) (joined today!!)

  • It's an American holiday and many are grilling out. I'm thinking most people do NOT want to be accountable today.  Calories don't count on holidays right?   ;)
