That is horrible.  You could put your rent money in an escrow account until they get it fixed.

I'm sorry, that sorta stinks to be outta AC rite now. (And don't shoot me, I looked and couldn't find the original story of what happened) I assume your AC broke down, your landlord is being stupid & ur hubby won't let you write a nasty letter cuz your month to month rite now.

Wondering if somebody has a second, if they could post a link for me? thanks :-)

Anyways, I'm sorry everything seems to go wrong at once.  I like "when it rains, it pours".... good luck & hope you & hubby are cool soon :-)

Pretty sure MinM doesn't have to ask her husband if she can write a strongly worded letter about anything.

I'm pretty sure if she's not married to Dave Grohl, and is implying she'd rather be doing him right now. So I think it's safe to assume she's not in need of permission from her husband to write a nasty note to her landlord.

    What the what?

That's an awful lot of assumptions for a short, poorly written post.

This x 1000.  I literally couldn't finish reading it.  Ridiculous.

Min, I am so sorry.  Would you like me to FedEx you 100 lbs of dry ice?

"h won't let me write a mean letter. he's afraid we'll get evicted because we are  month-to-month right now." posted by MinM 6/16

I did not literally mean he will not let her write a letter to the landlord and she needs his permission to do anything, certainly not write a strongly-worded letter.  I just meant it moreso to convince him it might be appropriate for such a letter to be written, given the apparent circumstances (in that she should continue encouraging him to reconsider writing such a letter).  Thus, I am sorry if I did not word that correctly and it was taken the wrong way, which it seems is the case.

Also, as far as assuming so much for such a short post, I did politely ask if somebody could post me a link, as I did search and could not find the original post, which I did state in my first post.  However nobody helped me out in that area and I was left hanging.

I am usually very good at spelling but as I am only human, I do occasionaly make mistakes, as everybody does.  I do  always attempt to double check for grammatical errors.  I am sorry that my abbreviations offended anyone.  I suppose nobody else is familar with using such terminology, as a result of texting and/or instant messaging, or other methods of communication.  Even some of you that responded utilized abbreviations: FML, LOL and I see FI, FMIL, SIL, SB, E, DIY, BM, GM, MOH and many more all the time, in almost every post.  It is the same principal.
Sorry if my poorly written post offended or upset anybody and I am glad I gave a few of you some laughs (may I say LOL's?).  I'll be sure to use proper grammar from now on, as it is evidently acceptable for some to utilize abbreviations and not others.
