Distract me?

This one is totally me. I have gotten knocked out by a glass door before. My dad actually did it at a hotel, got knocked out, and impact was so great that he broke his glasses into his face (there was blood). When he came back a few weeks later, they had installed a red line across eye level of the door.

I'm sorry for your loss, that's hard to take. If it makes you feel any better about the bank though, most of the employees there know a heck of a lot less than you give them credit for. Most banks nowadays hire and train for sales, not competance. 'bankers' are often people who can't calculate interest, nor even balance their own accts. I avoid branches just because I don't want their hands on my accts.
