Small brunch wedding sites?

Hi

Hoping you can help me - my sister is planning a small wedding (under 50 guests) with a ceremony and small reception with food served. She is open to doing a Sunday brunch time frame. They just want something small and affordable. Any ideas on venue?

What area are you looking at? In Philly or in one of the suburbs. I live in MontCo so I could make suggestions there but not in other places.

Valley Green Inn or William Penn Inn

The William Penn is really nice, but definitely pricey. We are looking into the Warrrington Country Club- that might be more your price range. http://www.warringtoncountryclub.com/
