Indian Wedding Lehenga/Sari

I am lost on where I can find a good designer wedding dress, Manish Malhotra type of designer wear in the U.S. Making a trip to India is not practical, and the boutiques here are not up to that level. If I have it custom made, I am afraid it wont be up to that level either. Suggestions? Did anyone order their dress by mail from India?

    I think a good idea is to have your measurements taken. Then find someone else who is going to India and ask them to get the dress for you. If you can find the exact model, name of the dress, etc.. They can just go to the store and pick it up with your measurements. If you're like me and need to see it in person, I suggest having a skype/ facetime session with that person while they're at the store. This way they can show you the dress's colors, style, etc.

    I'm going to just pay up and go to India to get everything lol
