Affordable Rehearsal Dinner Space??

NYC Brides - I need help!!

We're looking for somewhere to have our rehearsal dinner (preferably on West side above 14th st.) that will cost less than $40 a person that can accomodate 28 adults and 4 children.  Anyone have any ideas?  I feel like everywhere I've look is an average of $50/pp and we'll never find anywhere affordable.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Depends if you are looking to include open bar. Both of these options have the alcohol as an option but not a requirement

    Bricco on 56th and 8th (they have an upstairs seating area that can used for the party
    Osteria Cotta on Columbus and 85th
