House has been on the market for less than two weeks.  We've had five showings with #6 scheduled this evening and #7 just booked for tomorrow morning.  I think that is pretty great for a 12K population town in the middle of nowhere. 

However...I have company coming (two BFFS and the toddler daughter of one of them) tonight.  I hope I'm not being rude by agreeing to the showing.  But they know my house is for sale and that I can't afford to be choosey.  I'm glad other BFF decided against bringing her nephew.  That would have been too much for me.

    I agree, one child is definitely enough.

    Personally, I think you should all just mill around the house like its an open house & listen to what other people are saying.

    We have to take the dogs with us, but yes, we can go to the park (only a block from our house and features a playground as well as a lovely, shaded walking path, are you listening, buyers??).

    You mean a lovely, shaded walking path where you can end up raped and murdered?  Oh wait, I'm pretty sure that only happens in NYC from what I've learned from L&O: SVU.
