1) I have been trying to set up the 'Wedding Party' page for my Knot wedding website and two errors occurred - I wanted to go back into each attendant to add personal details about each person and the 'Edit' button wouldn't work. I tried a work around and, at first, I was able to delete the old entry and simply create one anew. That worked for one person - and then it wouldn't allow me to delete entries. So now I have duplicate entries for my entire bridal party.
2) I linked my 'Photo Gallery' on my Knot website with the Capture option to see what it was all about. After taking a look at it, I decided I didn't want to use this option as part of my website. I deleted the account and kept hitting the 'Connected' button on the 'Photo Gallery' page to disconnect it, but to no avail. Every time I preview the page, it's still there.
3) A little feedback - it took me forever to find this page to ask for Tech Support. For such a reputable website, your Tech Support should be more visible.
